Any person with or without insolvency capacity who meets the eligibility and eligibility conditions referred to in paragraph 1 of Article 68 of Law No. 4605/2019 (Government Gazette 52 / Α / 01.04.2019) may apply to the electronic platform (hereafter «Platform», version 1.00, 01/07/2019) in order to protect its main residence from forced liquidation.

Access to the platform is made by debtors who apply, the spouse and the dependent members. The creditors of the debtor also have access.

By submitting the application, the State shall have access to all data and documents exchanged between the applicant and creditors in the course of the procedure and shall verify through the platform whether the applicant meets the conditions for eligibility for debt and government contribution No. 4605/2019 (A '52).

Provided the conditions are met, the Special Secretariat for the Management of Private Debt through the platform approves the percentage and indicative amount of the State Contribution within fifteen (15) calendar days and promotes the approved application to IDIKA.

It is noted that the platform already interacts with the information systems: a) the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE) and b) the Banks (through Tiresias SA), from which it derives data, which are available to the applicant.
